Am 80 years old and new to booking Airbnb's and am just so very pleased with how easy Hunter made it for me to book!!! His caring attitude, knowledge and professionalism exceeded my expectations!!! Will go through Penny Realty again in a heartbeat!!!!

Penny Realty has been my property management company for 14 years. Currently, there are two property managers Emily & Carson who are managing my condo located in Crown Point(San Diego CA )They both are very professional, client orientated and are just great, professional people to work with taking care of and overseeing my condo. Both Emily & Carson have been very responsive to the tenant needs and helpful for everything that I have requested, from finding good tenants, getting help when maintenance is needed and overseeing the cleaning my condo prior to the next renter moving in. They promptly found a renter for my condo with in several days. After the tenants moved in, there were some minor issues, and they got things fixed quickly. Emily & Carson have always taken care of any issues I may have and always in a polite and pleasant manner. I have been very satisfied with the work of Penny Realty's current property management team Emily & Carson and I do not plan on making any changes in the

In particular, Emily has always gone above and beyond to ensure a great experience for myself and my tenant. She is very professional and a great problem solver. Emily and Carson are highly professional and responsible. They helped us with fixing up the rental unit and finding a new tenant in less than 10 days. Really appreciate their efforts and responsiveness.

Final update: I'm putting the house on the market, so will lose Emily, Carson and James as the best property management team, sadly. I can't say enough good things about them -- Emily and Carson are so prompt, professional and responsive, and James was always very precise and helpful with management of the money and accounting. This was especially tricky as the properties were in trust and then came out of trust. James' expertise made all of that seamless and much less stressful. We enjoyed an excellent summer vacation rental through Penny Realty and communication with Hunter was 5 star service. We’ll be back!

I rented from Penny Realty for a week long stay in Mission Beach. The home could not have been any better! It had everything we needed. It was as described in the listing and pictures, the staff was attentive to my questions, and they made the check in and check out process a breeze. I will look at their listings next time I stay in the area!

We loved this place. It was perfect for our family of four. The condo is ocean front and we loved all the windows that let in a nice ocean breeze. It has plenty of space to hang out both inside and out. We are already planning our next stay.

Hunter was incredibly helpful during a weekend emergency, going out of his way to deliver garage keys when the office was otherwise closed. He deserves a raise!
